I think that there are plenty of resources out there that you may not be aware of. It can feel extremely overwhelming when you first start looking for resources. It doesn’t matter if you are a first timer or even a second and third timer, getting informed in a sea of options can be a challenge.
Certain books can provide you with the information you might be looking for, they include classics like “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” by Heidi Murkoff and so forth. While you can learn a lot from these books and resources they are not a subsistent for a doctor who has been trained to attend to your unique situation. One of the first things that you should do when you realize that you are pregnant is to make an appoint meant with your caregiver.
If you do not have a caregiver to accompany you through your pregnancy you should find one.
